Mossy updates itself, so the version you have is almost certainly the last one on this list. These are the notes exactly as they were sent to the app, oldest at the bottom.

You can now choose how long a break lasts, from 1 to 5 minutes. And the break program is simpler: tick what bothers you, or write your own request.
